A meandering Creek in winter...
So black is the water.
The ripples rushing silently along.
Undercutting the bank, creating an island.
See? There can be beauty in winter!

Yes you really captured the beauty of winter! And hopefully the Winter past, I'm really ready for Spring.
We hardly had a winter here in the PNW -- as opposed to the East Coast and even some parts of the Southeast. But I enjoyed thinking of the winter being past and spring coming anyway!
